The Prequel
I have never been overseas. Late in 2012, I had one of those brain farts
that occur sometimes and on the spur of the moment booked this tour. If
I was going to Europe alone, a tour seemed the best option.
I asked if anyone else wanted to come. Many said "yes", as people do :), but two friends decided they would join me on the tour. It will be nice to have familiar faces around; comforting for all of us. I think we will all also make a lot of new friends on this journey :)
I have researched (nerd that I am), and shopped the sales for clothes, and planned. I have my paperwork, my cards, my bits n pieces.
Before I go I have to clean the house, do some weeding and mow the lawn. There is nothing worse than coming home from time away to a messy house as well as the washing to be done. All I will want to do is sleep and loll. I am very good at lolling. And LOLing :)
Soon I can pack. And wait nervously ....
